Costa dismisses litigation rumors

Rumors in some world regions claim that there is litigation involved with The Great Controversy project, which is a mass book distribution initiative. God will do His work in this generation to finish what he had started approx 6,000 yrs ago. We do our part and he will do the rest with the help of the Holy Ghost and angels.

For sure this is an encouraging statement! Let God's people get the book, read it and prepare for His second coming!

I feel it needs to be said that we, as Seventh-Day Adventists, need to do some serious prayer and fasting. We have a professional grade rumor mill running 24/7 in our churches, and it is NOT from God. The Proverbs and other segments of Scripture urge us to seek wise council, to guard our hearts and our minds, and to watch what we say. I feel this applies just as much to what we e-mail as to what we speak out loud.

To pass along a chain e-mail making a wild claim about a lawsuit launched against the SDA church without taking 30 seconds of your time to run a FREE Google search is foolish in the extreme. No wonder people seem to think many of us are nuts: we are acting like nuts. Act like the responsible, adult sons and daughters of the Most High that you are.

I am happy that this issue has been put to rest at long last. i pray that we do more in information diseermination as these type of wrong information could be dangerous to the image of the church and derail the plans of the church

I really thank the Church authorities for this crucial clarification because the rumors had already been circulating among a host of believers in East Africa.
I aspire that worldwide members tirelessly pray for the Great Controversy Project for We are all longing for the second advent

Its good that the director has issued this statement concerning litigation with the Great Controversy project. For sure rumours are rife about the same and its only right that things have to be put straight.
Great Hope is a project that will reach a milestone to touch AND inspire the readers and that those that will get the book. there is nothing better than this that a church like this can do to spread the good news.
May God add more to the many decisions that are being made.
