A team of students from the Adventist Church’s Northern Caribbean University in Jamaica won top honors in the mobile app competition at the Digital Jam 2.0 Marketplace and Job Fair held recently in Kingston. Team PPS, or Porthole Position System, made up of Joel Dean, center, and Nicolas Brown devised a mobile application to help motorists navigate around potholes and alert government road crews of pothole locations in need of repair.
