Christians Call for Partnership Against Poverty

Churches and governments must pursue partnerships to eradicate extreme poverty if the Millennium Declaration of 2000 is to meet its 2015 deadline, faith leaders who met at a two-day summit at the Washington National Cathedral, said in a communiqué.

Poland: Music Lovers Unite

How does the Adventist Church maximize the potential of the power of music in ministry? This question, and others, were addressed during a recent conference on music, with more than 150 Adventist professional musicians and Christian music lovers from all over Poland. They met at the Seventh-day Adventist College of Theology and Humanities (ACTH) in Podkowa Le?na from Sept. 9 to 11 for lectures, concerts and worship through music.

World Church: Internet Forum Discusses Importance of Personal Touch in Outreach

"God has always used people to reach people. The Internet will continue to grow, but it is not a substitute for personal evangelism. World Church: Youth, Women 'Needed' in Church Life, Ministry, Paulsen Says
