Being vegetarian is beneficial, study reports

Vegetarians have a lower percentage of body fat compared to meat-eaters, even when they consume the same number of calories, according to the latest findings from the Adventist Health Study 2. The ongoing study is partly funded by the U.S. National Institutes of Health.
