At Adventist restaurants, meals are good for body and planet

With the increasing number of healthy-menu restaurants in the world’s urban areas, the popularity of Adventist restaurants and “centers of influence” is growing. The trend toward healthier eating and lifestyle is one Adventists have endorsed since the denomination opened its first vegetarian restaurant in the 19th century.
