The Peruvian Union University (Universidad Peruana Unión-UPeU) has signed agreements with Inter-American Health Food Company (IAHFC) and Superbom of Brazil during the first Latin American Meeting of Adventist Food Factories, an event organized by the "Unión" Goods Production Center .

These agreements represent a significant step in the internationalization of UPeU, offering valuable opportunities for international experiences for teachers and students of the Food Industry Engineering degree.

Superbom, a Brazilian company recognized for its wide range of healthy products, such as cheese, vegetable meats, honey, snacks, and drinks, joins this effort. On the other hand, IAHFC, which operates nine food factories in eight Latin American countries, provides its experience in the sector.

The event was also an opportunity to highlight the achievements and vision of UPeU to leaders of Adventist food factories in the region. Students and graduates of Food Industry Engineering had the opportunity to share research and projects at a Technological Innovation Fair.
